As the Executive Director at Safe Routes Partnership, Kimberlyn manages the organization's day-to-day operations, leading fundraising efforts, directing the work and development of staff, and serving as the primary spokesperson for the organization. In partnership with the Board of Directors and the Safe Routes Partnership team, Kimberlyn is committed to advancing a mission centered on equity and deepening the organization’s reach and impact.  She ensures the organization's position as a trusted resource in active transportation by identifying, establishing, cultivating, and maintaining strong working relationships with various audiences and groups to progress Safe Routes Partnership’s work.

Prior to joining the Safe Routes Partnership, Kimberlyn served as the Chief Advancement Officer at the San José Clinic in Houston, Texas, where she oversaw a team of fundraisers responsible for over $8 million in annual giving including grant procurement, special events, annual fund, and third-party fundraising. Additionally, she is a member of AFP (Association of Fundraising Professionals) and is an active community volunteer and advocate. 

Kimberlyn is a self-described life-long learner, nature enthusiast, and avid traveler.
