Diversity and multicultural outreach are essential to building a strong bicycle advocacy movement and effective safe Routes to School programs.
Those living in the most dangerous communities for walking and biking are often low-income
communities of color, immigrants, and other historically disenfranchised populations, creating a cycle of disengagement and under investment.
Join us this Wednesday Nov 20 at 10am to learn about strategies and efforts that advocates are using to empower and outreach to underrepresented populations.

Speakers will include:
Alliaon Mannos, Multicultural Communities for Mobility
Jenna Burton, Red, Bike and Green
Tina Panza, Sonoma County Bicycle Coalition
Dave Campbell, East Bay Bicycle Coalition
Please invite others to get on the list for future meetings and information about BAHT.
