  4. Strategic Highway Safety Plans: Challenge Area 8, Challenge Area 13 Brian Alconcel (Caltrans) 5-7 minutes, end approx 9:30
  5. State Action Plan (draft) – reducing focus to 3 Primary Areas of work Jessica Meaney, (Safe Routes to School National Partnership) 15 minutes,
